Fitniks International Corporation and the owners of each independently franchised club respect the privacy concerns of visitors to the Fitniks.com web site. We want you to know the steps we take to protect the information you may provide to us.

If you request a Franchise Information Package:
If you are interested in learning about franchise opportunities with Fitniks you may complete the franchise information Application Form. If you choose to do so, Fitniks will collect your personal information. Fitniks will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose the information you provide on the Application Form to any Franchisee or any other third party without first obtaining your consent. The Application Form is a request for information only, and is not an application for consideration as a franchisee.
