What circumstances led your child to join Fitniks®?
School only has PE once a week. Myriah has Diabetes (Type I) so exercise is extra important. Starting great habits to hopefully last a lifetime.
Are there other thoughts that you have about Fitniks?
Children aren’t getting enough exercise. Fitniks is a fun, safe place which not only increases health, but confidence and self-esteem.

What circumstances led your child to join Fitniks?
I saw an ad in the paper – it said that kids can play video games while working out. I thought it was brilliant! I have a very energetic son who loves video games, but I hate to see him just sitting in front of the TV. Fitniks was the perfect solution.
What would you tell someone who’s never been to Fitniks?
Kids' lives are too sedate these days. We’re afraid to let our kids walk to school, ride their bike in the neighborhood, or go to the park by themselves. We drive them everywhere. PE at school is only one day a week. Fitniks is not only a great place to go; it’s a safe place they really want to go to.

Does your child enjoy going to Fitniks? Why do they get excited to come?
Yes – very much. The workout setups with games make it enjoyable to exercise.
What would you tell someone who’s never been to Fitniks?
It is not only FUN but it motivates your child to want to exercise. They can have a safe place to go exercise when the weather is bad outside. It gives her confidence.

What circumstances led your child to join Fitniks?
I saw an ad in the paper and brought him in to try it out. He was ready to sign up the first day.
What would you tell someone who’s never been to Fitniks?
It’s a great way to get your kid off the couch. They can see their progress with the weight training program and will exercise far longer with the video games than they would usually. They don’t realize they’re exercising – they’re too engrossed in the game.

What circumstances led your child to join Fitniks?
We wanted to get our child into some organized exercise program to teach her good habits and to burn off some energy. Once she experienced her free trial, she was hooked.

Fitniks has an awesome environment in the equipment, music and fun décor. But most important are the people who run Fitniks. They are always encouraging and take a real interest in each child. Our daughter feels safe and welcome.

Fitniks has allowed our daughter to feel real accomplishment in achieving her goals. She feels better about herself and more self-confident. Fitniks allows her to own her experiences and successes.
What would you tell someone who’s never been to Fitniks?
Our daughter is developing important habits that will benefit her for the rest of her life. To be able to provide this gift to any child is priceless.
Are there other thoughts that you have about Fitniks?
The Fitniks concept is awesome. It is inexpensive and flexible. Fitniks kids have their own personal trainer that helps them develop good habits of mind and body. In a world where kids eat too much and watch hours of TV, Fitniks is a fun, healthy and nurturing alternative.
